- Why does my formatting look simpler than in Word?
- The converter rebuilds the document from its text and structure rather than reproducing Word's layout engine. Headings, paragraphs, lists, tables and basic styling carry over; complex page layouts do not.
- Which formats are supported?
- DOCX, XLSX and PPTX. The older binary DOC, XLS and PPT formats are not supported — re-save them in the modern format first.
- How do I get an exact copy of my Word layout?
- Use Save as PDF inside Word itself. Any of the Office licences we sell include that export.
