Bought two MS Office suites, slight problem with first due to a "Key" issue, but resolved promptly. and also free upgrade with no extra charge Second activated without issue and both suites are running well Would definitely use again and would recommend

Search, find, pay then download and activate, yes it was that easy. No hassel having to telephone with all those numbers or explain to microsoft and after many months it still works fine with all the updates, next to sliced bread its the best company i've used.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow....but having entered the product key code the software didn't download and attempting to repeat the process resulted in a message that the key had already been redeemed. However, a second product key code worked perfectly so the problem was eventually resolved. And without having to telephone Microsoft!

Have dealt with FairSoftware UK for many years. Have ordered and downloaded MANY copies of Microsoft Office i.e. 2016, 2019 etc. Have NEVER experienced any problems ordering, paying, downloading or installing software from this company. The licenses and activation of the software has always worked first time - no problems.
They even 'upgraded' one of my Microsoft Office programmes that I had ordered to a higher spec., at no extra cost.

We had a hard drive failure so had to look to purchase Microsoft Office again. Had some sound advice about upgrading from the 2016 version we decided to do. Great price for the 2021 version and product key provided promptly. Would recommend FairSoftware to anybody and will certainly use the company again if I need to. It will be my first place to look.
